Ingredients For Avacado Egg Sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, add boiled eggs and chop them.
  • 2. In that bowl add onion, avacado, cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix it.
  • 3. Take the bread slices, spread the avacado egg mixture on one side of bread and cover it with another bread.
  • 4. Grill the bread in grilled sandwich maker for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Grilled avacado egg sandwich is ready, serve it with tomato sauce.
