Ingredients For Bajarichi (Pearl Millet) Bhakari Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take desi Atta bajra millet flour in a bowl and add tata salt to taste.Now mix well.
  • 2. Add warm water slowly and knead dough.
  • 3. Take a small bowl of low fat and flatten in palm.
  • 4. Dust your rolling pin or kitchen platform with some bajra millet flour to prevent bhakri from sticking while you pat.
  • 5. Pat bhakri gently with one hand while other hand over side of dough to form round bhakri.
  • 6. Pat as thin as possible.
  • 7. Once you pat bhakri , sprinkle some conscious food organic sesame seeds and press them on bhakri.
  • 8. Place bhakri on a hot tawa. Make sure that you place conscious food organic sesame seeds side to the downward of tawa.
  • 9. Spread some water over bhakri with your hands or with a cloth.
  • 10. When water dries up then flip it to the other side and cook both the sides.
  • 11. Bajra millet bhakri is ready to serve with dal or any vegetable curries.
