Ingredients For Baked / Roasted & Salted Cashews Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the cashews in a bowl
  • 2. Now put the ghee in it.
  • 3. Now rub the ghee all over the cashews with your fingers
  • 4. Sprinkle salt and mix again
  • 5. Put the cashews on a baking tray
  • 6. In the meantime preheat the oven at 150 degree for 10 minutes
  • 7. Now bake the cashews for 10 to 12 minutes till nice and crisp
  • 8. Check if done , or else keep them for 2 to 3 minutes more
  • 9. Remove and let it cool down and then transfer the cashews into an airtight container
