1.
Heat ghee in a pan and add besan. Roast on low flame till raw aromas disappear. Make sure that the color of the besan does not change. Remove from heat.

Heat 1 cup water and suger for chashni. Boil till 1 thread consistency. Add roasted besan and stir continuously. Add cardamom powder and cook.
3.
When the mixture comes together. Add chopped nuts and mix. Remove from heat.
4.
Spread the mixture in greased tray evenly. When the mixture is set apply silver berq and cut into small square or diamond shape. Besan ki burfi is ready to serve.
