Ingredients For BHARWA KARELA / STUFFED KARELA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Scrap the skin and cut into slit karela length wise and remove the seeds and pulp.
  • 2. Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potato,turmeric powder,green chilly,garam masala powder,amchur powder and salt and mix well.
  • 3. Now stuffing is ready and fill the stuffing in the karela
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan and add stuffed karela in full heat for one miniutes.
  • 5. Now cover it and cook and cook in a slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
