Methods
  • 1. Wash the rice .
  • 2. Boil it in a pressure cooker
  • 3. Fry the gram flour and flour in a kdai still golden brown.
  • 4. Now our rice is boil and put it into the kdai .
  • 5. Take a big spoon and add some ghee , Cumin seeds, salt , Kashmiri red chilli powder, asafoetida in it and pour it over the bijora.
  • 6. Our recipe is ready and serve it .
