Ingredients For Black carrot halwa recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash, peel and grate black carrot. Heat a kadhai and add grated carrots into it and cook.
  • 2. Add milk and cook on medium flame. Cook till carrots absorbs all milk and carrots cooked completely.
  • 3. Add suger and condensed milk and mix. Add cardamom powder and give it to good mix.
  • 4. When the halwa absorbs all sugar syrup add ghee into it. Mix and continue cooking on medium flame
  • 5. Add khoya and mix well. When the halwa cooked completely and it leaves the side of the kadhai Off the flame. Add some chopped almonds and pistachios and mix.
  • 6. Serve hot garnish with some chopped nuts and khoya.
