Ingredients For BREAD IDLI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take boiled potatoes and mash them and add mix spices like ( red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat MASALA, salt and mix it )
  • 2. Take bread slice and take a sharp bowl and cut a circle from bread like a idli
  • 3. Take whisked curd and add tempering or curry leaves and rai Dana
  • 4. To make it firstly take bread slice and on one side put potato mixture and put om hot non stic tawa with some oil
  • 5. On the other side put curd tempering and cover it with lid, do not flip and let the potato side cook till it is crispy
  • 6. Serve it with green chutney or ketchup
