Ingredients For Bread Kalakand Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, tear the bread into small pieces and soak in milk for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes mash them smooth. Add the paneer and mix till everything is smoothly.
  • 2. Now, heat up a pan over medium flame and add ghee. Pour the bread and paneer mixture onto the pan and cook stirring continuously. After 2-3 minutes, add milkmaid and keep cooking in low flame.
  • 3. After some time, the mixture will start separating from the pan. Just at that point, add milk powder. Keep cooking. Add the cardamom powder.
  • 4. Transfer the mixture into a greased tray and let it set for 10-15 minutes. After that, cut them into square shapes and enjoy.
