Methods
  • 1. Take a bread slice spread tomato sauce in one side of the bread.
  • 2. Place the cheese slice on the top of the tomato sauce slice and cover with the tomato sauce slice.
  • 3. Take a large bowl add gram flour,rice flour,corn flour and salt and make a thick batter with the help of water.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 5. Coat the bread slice with gram flour batter and deep fry in hot oil until brown and crispy.
  • 6. Drain and cut into four pieces.
  • 7. Serve hot with tea.
