Methods
  • 1. take a pressure cooker ...add dalia and moong dal washed it ..again add 4 to 5 bowl water..put the cooker in high flame..
  • 2. add termeric salt ...give one boil add vegetables..add two spoon of ghee
  • 3. close the pressure cooker lid...do the flame of gas midium give them two to three whistles
  • 4. after that off the flame wait till the cooker is rest down remove the lid..add half tea spoon garam masala..if you want add chopped coriender leaves
  • 5. take a pan for tadka heat it put ghee two table spoon add cumin hing sprinkle it pour this tadka in dalia mix it
  • 6. serve it
