1.
take a pressure cooker ...add dalia and moong dal washed it ..again add 4 to 5 bowl water..put the cooker in high flame..

add termeric salt ...give one boil add vegetables..add two spoon of ghee

close the pressure cooker lid...do the flame of gas midium give them two to three whistles
4.
after that off the flame wait till the cooker is rest down remove the lid..add half tea spoon garam masala..if you want add chopped coriender leaves
5.
take a pan for tadka heat it put ghee two table spoon add cumin hing sprinkle it pour this tadka in dalia mix it
