Methods
  • 1. Cook rice as per package instructions with a pinch of salt.
  • 2. Then I drained it and rinsed with cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • 3. Add remaining ingredients like vegetables and curd,black pepper to the bowl and gently mix.
  • 4. Adjust salt to taste. No need to whisk the Greek yogurt dressing in a separate bowl.Our curd rice salad is ready.

  • 6. Take a big bowl and place a small bowl in between
  • 7. Fill the big bowl with curd rice and set in bowl.
  • 8. Now take a plate Arrange lettuce leaves on plate
  • 9. Now turn down the curd rice on plate carefully.
  • 10. Takeout small bowl and place cucumber, ,beetroot ,carrot slice and parsley leaf in the middle of curd rice sald.
  • 11. Serve cold Brown rice __curd salad
