This recipe calls for a lot of garlic,Do not burn the garlic, we want them golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients For Burnt Garlic Bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the garlic and remove the skin.
  • 2. Put the garlic pods in a Chopper and finely mince them.
  • 3. Heat a pan and add the olive oil and butter.
  • 4. Once the butter has melted add our garlic into the pan and Fry till golden.
  • 5. Add the pizza seasoning.
  • 6. Take the bread slices and sprinkle generous amount of fried garlic on each bread.
  • 7. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese over the bread slices.
  • 8. Sprinkle the chillies flakes.
  • 9. Preheat the oven to 180⁰c and bake the bread for 5 minutes or till the cheese has melted.
  • 10. Serve warm.
