How to make Whole Wheat Crepes with Beetroot and Cheese Recipe

Mix wheat flour, water and salt in a bowl and make a lump-free batter. Then add chopped green chili, onions, coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp oil/butter. Once the pan is hot, put the wheat-flour batter on the pan (amount of batter depends on the size of the pan).

Sprinkle 2 tsp of roasted cumin seeds and 2 tbsp of grated beetroot. After cooking one side of the crep’e on medium flame, flip it.
4.
Remove from the pan once done,and top it with grated cheese and serve.
