Ingredients For Amaranth and Peanut butter granola Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a non stick pan and keep it on medium flame. Add peanut butter and melt it stirring continuously on medium flame.
  • 2. Add grated coconut , honey and puffed amaranth, Mix well. Add jaggery powder if you want it sweeter
  • 3. Add melon seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Mix well and remove from flame
  • 4. Set the mixture in greased tray. Once cooled, cut it in desired shapes
