Ingredients For Carrot Broken wheat halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak broken wheat for 20 min. Then wash properly carrots. Grate all carrot.
  • 2. Take pan and add ghee and broken wheat. Cook broken wheat till light roast then add grated carrot and milk, mix and continue cooking for a few minutes.
  • 3. Make powder with coconut, poppy seeds. Add jagerry, prepared coconut powder to halwa.Then mix everything well, heat ghee and fry dry fruits then mix it with halwa combine it.
  • 4. Broken wheat halwa is ready to serve/enjoy.
