Ingredients For Carrot Mawa Cake with Gulabjamun twist Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat 1tsp ghee ,add grated carrot, 100 gm milkmaid & 1tsp vanilla essence. Mix it well & cook it on low flame till it boils.
  • 2. When the mixture will start to leave the sides of the pan, switch off the flame.
  • 3. Heat 1tsp ghee again ,add mawa, paneer, 100gm milkmaid & 1tsp vanilla essence.Cook till it becomes a soft mixture.
  • 4. Now take a bowl, cover inside with a foil paper.
  • 5. Put carrot mixture in it. Then put sandesh mixture over carrot mixture.
  • 6. Cut the gulab jamuns into halves and decorate the cake with that.
  • 7. Keep it in fridge for half an hour and then cut it into pieces.
