Ingredients For Chana Dal Khichadi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the rice.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds. When it starts crackle add hing , chopped onion and green chilli. Saute it.
  • 3. Add turmeric, salt and pepper powder.
  • 4. Add soaked dal and rice. Add 3 times more water.
  • 5. Give it 2 whistles. When pressure release, open the lid.
  • 6. Serve hot .
