Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak black gram in water for 3 - 4 hours and boil in pressure cooker with two cup of water.
  • 2. Once cooled open the lid and make a paste of black gram and reserve the water. Heat clarified butter in a pan and add cumin seeds to crackle. Add ginger garlic and saute for few minutes
  • 3. Add black gram paste and saute for few minutes. Now add boiled black gram water and bring to boil. Once boiled cook for slow flame for ten minutes.
  • 4. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
