Ingredients For Channa Dal Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1. Soak Channa Dal in water for one hour. Then make it to a paste. Roast Cashew nuts in Nova Ghee. Keep it aside.
  • 2. 2. Add grinded paste, saute it well till it's raw smell goes off. Then add milk, saute it in a low flame till it gets thickened.
  • 3. 3. Once it gets thickened, add jaggery powder. The consistency should be in thick, add cardamom Powder, roasted Cashew nuts.
  • 4. 4. Mix it well. Serve it hot or cold.
