Methods

How to make Charcoal flavoured chocolate mousse ice-cream Recipe

1. Chop and melt the chocolate bar using double boiler technique just put a bowl of water to boil, add another bowl on it add the chopped chocolate and 2tsp butter mix it well for 5 minutes to melt completely.
2. Take a pre chilled glass bowl add heavy cream and Sugar beat using electric hand blender for 4 to 5 minutes till it forms stiff peaks.
3. Add the prepared chocolate in it and mix again for 2 minutes.
4. When the ice-cream mix is prepared place a small clean steel bowl in the between of the mix.
5. Heat two pieces of charcoal make it red by heating direct on flame add it on the bowl and add 2 tsp butter on it.
6. When the smoke starts coming Immediately cover the bowl with a lid and keep it for 3 minutes to absorb the charcoal flavour nicely.
7. Take out the bowl add all the ice-cream mix in a air tight container and freeze for4 to 6 hours.
8. After 6 hours serve with almonds, cherries, gems etc.
