Cheesy Mango Rabdi Recipe

"Aam Ka Pyaas Is Irresistible" This has become a quote to feel, sense and believe. When the sweet dish Rabdi/Rabri being accompanied this mango flavour, trust me it's just like placing the cherry on the top of the cake. I think, the best use of seasonal stuff for the summer season. "Having it is a bliss" this was appreciation note I took up when I served my newish concoction to my guests.

Recipe Notes

Be careful when you are working with milk. Do a continuous strring for perfect result. If you want, you also add mawa in it which will enhance the taste of the dessert. We have only used condensed milk as a sweetener but if some prefers more sweetness, they can add powdered sugar in it as per taste.

Ingredients For Cheesy Mango Rabdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all cut 2 riped mangoes and scoop out the mango flesh and make a smooth puree out of it with the help of a mixer.
  • 2. Now start boiling the milk in a pan. Once the milk starts boiling.
  • 3. In a medium flame put the ricotta cheese in it and mix it still it becomes smooth.
  • 4. Ricotta cheese helps the milk to be thicken within very short time span.
  • 5. Once the ricotta is completely mixed with the milk, add the mango puree in it and mix it.
  • 6. After mixing the puree add the condensed milk.
  • 7. It will give my rabdi a proper consistency as well as sweetness.
  • 8. Just mix the whole mixture in the pan for 2-3minutes with continuous stirring.
  • 9. Once you get the consistency switch off the flame and sprinkle the roughly chopped almonds and pistachios in it and mix it.
  • 10. Now cool it to normal temperature and put it in a piping bag and serve it in mousse cup.
  • 11. For decorating, add some chopped cherry on top it.
