Eggless Coconut Chocolate Macaroons Recipe

Chocolate dipped eggless coconut macaroons are made with sweetened condensed milk and coconut flakes as primary ingredients and you can make a big bath in less than 20 minutes. Today I present an Italian dish which is a small circular cake, typically made from coconut called as "Macaroons". The name of the cake comes from the Italian Maccarone or maccherone meaning "paste". Almost all over in the world includes egg in this recipe but I have made it "without egg". Hence we can categories it as "pure veg dish". Very simple and quick one when you are looking for distinct dessert, sweet for guests or family or childrens. It's a like bake and eat. A must try.

Ingredients For Eggless Coconut Chocolate Macaroons Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add condensed milk.
  • 2. Add desiccated coconut.
  • 3. Add half teaspoon vanilla essence.
  • 4. Add cardamom powder and Pinch of salt.
  • 5. Mix all ingredients well.
  • 6. Lay baking sheet on the oven tray.
  • 7. Place scoops of mixture on top of the baking sheet.
  • 8. Put half portion of cherry on top of each scoop.
  • 9. Baking tray goes in oven for baking. Bake it for 10 minutes on 160°c.
  • 10. Let it cool.
  • 11. Now melt the dark chocolate and dip the half macaroon in it.
  • 12. Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • 13. Now our Eggless Coconut Chocolate Macarons are ready to serve our loved ones.
