Take a bowl, add in the minced chicken, chopped garlic, onion, green chili, fresh coriander, roasted cumin, pepper powder, salt, and mix.

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Also liquid the cornflour adding some water, pepper and salt. and add a pinch of salt and pepper too in the breadcrumbs.

First, take a small amount of minced chicken and roll it on some bread crumbs giving it a cylindrical shape, then dip it in the egg and again roll it on the bread crumbs, again dip it in the liquid cornflour and coat it with the bread crumbs and give it a shape of a cutlet.

Now heat some oil in a wok, once it turns hot put in the cutlets and deep fry it on a medium flame, until golden brown.
5.
Cutlet is ready to serve with some fresh coriander chutney.
