First cut the whole chicken into 5 - 6 pieces. Cut potatoes,tomatoes and onion into circular slices.Deseed the jalepino.Put chicken turmaric salt and lemon juice in a pan and mix with a spoon. Take a double sided skillet, put ghee and heat it.Then put garam masala then the chicken piece

Then layer with onion and vegetables. Pour the rest of marinated juice. Sprinkle black pepper above it. Close the lid and keep it in medium flame.

Turn the skillet after 15 minute and then after 15 more minutes switch of the gas. Open after 15 minute .
