Methods
  • 1. Heat tawa , grease it. Spread 1 ladle ful batter.
  • 2. Flip it when it turns brown . Spread tomato sauce.
  • 3. Grate cheese over the Chilla. Sprinkle salt. Cover it with lid. Cook on low heat till cheese melts.
  • 4. Transfer it in serving plate. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
