CHINGRI PITHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and clean shrimps. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  • 2. In a mixie, add shrimps, grated coconut, chillies and salt to make a paste.
  • 3. Add mustard oil.to the mixture.
  • 4. Mix well .
  • 5. Grease a micro - oven proof tray with little mustard oil.
  • 6. Place the shrimp mixture evenly on the tray.
  • 7. Put it in the micro oven and run it for 7 minutes at 100% power level.
  • 8. Keep it 5 minutes as standing time.
  • 9. Cool it. Flip it on a plate and cut it into desired pieces.
  • 10. Have it with dal.
