Firstly, blend the grated paneer until smooth in a blender. Transfer to a bowl. Melt the dark chocolate in double boiler and keep aside.

In a pan, mix together the blended paneer, dark chocolate, and milkmaid. Mix well and switch on the flame. Stir continuously in low heat until the mixture separates from the pan. Add the cardamom powder and switch off the heat. Pour the mixture in a bowl and let cool down enough to handle.

After the mixture has cooled, prepare ladoos of your desired size.

Next melt white chocolate in double boiler and drizzle melted white chocolate on the prepared ladoos. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve.
