Methods
  • 1. Sieve the flour and keep aside.
  • 2. Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg into the mixture and mix well.
  • 3. Now add all the flour and cocoa powder and mix to form a crumbly texture.
  • 4. Form a dough of it without kneading much. Roll the dough and cut into circles with the help of cookie cutter and line the mould with this pastry dough.
  • 5. Bake at 180°c for 10-15 minutes. Serve it by adding chocolate ganache in it.
