Ingredients For Sponge Cake in Cooker Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blend oil , eggs , sugar and vanilla extract in the mixer.
  • 2. Put the mix in the bowl and gradually add sieved refined flour with baking powder and baking soda, mix the mixture properly.
  • 3. Heat the pressure cooker and put salt/sand in the bottom put a stand in it and remove the gasket from the cooker and pre heat it.
  • 4. Put the mixer in container after brushing the container with oil , decorate it with tutty frutty and dry fruits,close the cooker and put the flame in medium for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Check the cake is cooked or not , if cooked then put it out of the cooker, and serve it.
