Mix refined flour by using folding method. Do not overmix.

Methods
  • 1. Sieve the flour alongwith baking powder 3-4 times.
  • 2. Take a bowl and beat whole eggs with sugar and vanilla essence.
  • 3. When volume of egg gets doubles, add refined flour gradually with folding method. Add refined oil and mix.
  • 4. Line the cake tin , transfer the cake batter into the cake tin.
  • 5. Bake at 180°c for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool down before unmoulding.
