If chocolate ganache does not set at room temperature, refrigerate it for an hour. You can also use readymade chocolate decorations available at baking supply shops.

  • 1. Using double boiler method melt chocolate.
  • 2. Once chocolate melts add fresh cream and butter.
  • 3. Whisk well and let it cool and set.
  • 4. Cut the cake horizontally into three layers.
  • 5. Spread ganache alternating cake and ganache layer.
  • 6. On the final ganache layer, melt some ganache- pour and spread.
