Methods

How to make Coconut Creamy Roll Recipe

1. My tray is of 15/9
2. Then prepare a batter of milk maida and sugar and cook it on medium flame with one tbsp butter in it as it become much thicker like milkmade consistency then switch off the flame.
3. Let it cool for couple of minutes and then pour it all over on a powder coated tray in a medium thick layer.
4. Let it set and cool down completely. Take a five hipped tbsp whipping cream and whip it till hard peak is form. Then apply a thick layer of cream evenly on a cool batter of a tray. Sprinkle some coconut powder on a creamy layer and let it set in the refrigerator for half an hour.
5. Remove from fridge and give a cut of 4.5 by 2.
