Ingredients For Coconut panna Cotta with pineapple jelly Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak 2 Gelatin sheet in water for 4 minutes. Heat coconut milk and honey together and give a boil.
  • 2. Squeeze out Gelatin sheet from water and add in coconut milk and whisk properly.
  • 3. Let the coconut milk cool and pour into a cylinder shaped silicon mould. Freeze it for 1 hours.
  • 4. Reduce the pineapple juice with caster sugar untill it becomes half in Volume.
  • 5. Soak 3 Gelatin sheet in water for 4 min and squeeze out. Then add into reduced pineapple juice.
  • 6. Set the pineapple jelly in a flat surface and keep in freezer for 1 hours.
  • 7. Add passion fruit juice concentrate and coconut cream and mix properly.
  • 8. Demould the coconut pannacotta from cylinder mould and roll into the pineapple jelly.
  • 9. Spread the mixed cream on a black plate and put the rolled pannacotta in the center. Garnish with strawberry slices.
  • 10. Put some biscuits crumb beside the pannacotta and put a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
