Methods
  • 1. Take the butter , add salt, sugar, grated ginger, coriander, garlic flakes besan flour, cumin powder to it.
  • 2. Mix or stir it properly and keep aside.
  • 3. Keep the pan on the gas & split mixture of butter with oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, etc
  • 4. Take the basen flour in another Thali, add salt, chilly powder, cumin powder, hing, coriander, salt , etc and knead it with water.
  • 5. Fry these cofta's in the small pan and pour it to the curry.
