Ingredients For CRISPY KARELA/CRISPY BITTER GOURD RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and cut bitter gourd/karela in a round shape.
  • 2. Soak in salted water for half an hour.
  • 3. Remove water from karela/bitter gourd.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 5. Add karela/bitter gourd and fry till brown.
  • 6. Add roasted cumin seeds powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and saute for one minutes and strain it.
  • 7. Serve with rice or chapatis.
