Ingredients For Dark chocolate peanut fudge with milkmaid recipe

Methods
  • 1. First, in a pan, roast sesame seeds on a low flame for 1-2 minutes till they become golden. Transfer to a plate.2. Add raw peanuts in the pan and dry roast them for 5-7 minutes till.
  • 2. Transfer to towel and rub them to remove the peel. After that peel is removed with the help of your hands, break them into half, keep the aside.
  • 3. Now in a micro safe bowl take dark chocolate, condensed milk and salted butter. Microwave then for 20 seconds stop and again for 20 seconds. Now mix it well till all the chocolate melts and become a thick paste.
  • 4. Add roasted peanut halves, sesame seeds and mix well. Pour into a 5*5 tin lined with a parchment paper. Level it nicely and refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes.
  • 5. After 40 minutes, take out from the refrigerator and cut into desired shape and serve. ENJOY!
