Ingredients For Dim Pauruti Or Bengali Dim Toast Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Chop the Onion as well as the chillies.
  • 2. In a bowl take two eggs along with the chopped onion and also chillies.
  • 3. Add salt to it and beat for a while to make the mixture frothy.
  • 4. Meanwhile cut the bread lengthwise if not purchased in pieces.
  • 5. Heat a pan and lightly toast the bread.
  • 6. Add butter and toast again for 1minute.
  • 7. With the help of a spatula pick up the bread slices and add the Mustard Oil the pan.
  • 8. Spread the oil and then pour the egg mixture and spread it across.
  • 9. Place the bread slice and lightly fold the omelet over the bread.
  • 10. Take the egg covered bread out in a plate and sprinkle some rock salt and serve it hot
