Methods
  • 1. Heat the pan with oil add mustard cracks followed by curry leaves, cumin.
  • 2. Add chopped onion and saute them until they turn transparent.
  • 3. Add some chopped green chilli and chopped ginger saute well.
  • 4. Add chopped tomatoes and saute.
  • 5. Add turmeric powder and salt as required.
  • 6. Break the eggs and add them to pan one at a time.
  • 7. Keep the flame low and stir the eggs continuously.
  • 8. Keep stirring until the raw egg smell disappears and the eggs are cooked.
  • 9. Podimas may also serve with dosa.
