In a bow, add maida, sugar powder, baking powder, salt, butter, qhoney, condensed milk and vanilla essence. Now gradually add milk and mix well until you get smooth, lumps free batter. The batter should be flowing consistency...

Heat a nonstick pan. Keep the flame on low. Spread few drops of oil and wife oil with tissue paper. Pour a ladle full of batter in the center of the pan (do not spread the batter).Set a ladle to pour the batter to get same size of dora cake.

Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appears and cooked from sides. Flip the dora cake carefully and cook another side for a minute.

Similarly make all dora cakes. Take one dora cake and spread 1tbsp chocolate spread on it and sandwich it with another dora cake. Make sure the brown side of cake should be on top.
5.
Dora cake is ready. Serve at room temperature. Enjoy with your kids....
