Ingredients For Fhal /sweet mathri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take a mixing bowl add all purpose floor sugar and ghee and mix it well.
  • 2. Then prepare a soft dough.and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Take a small part from dough and take rolling pin and give circular small shape then pinch from sides in full circle.shown in picture.
  • 4. Then take a deep frying pan put oil on low med flame and fry these fhal one by one till light brown in color.
  • 5. Store it for at least 1 month in an airtight container.
