Methods
  • 1. Clean rice with water and soak for atleast 4 hours. Strain the water on a siever. Spread the rice on a cloth napkin under fan for 40-50 minutes and let it be dry. After this step put the rice in mixer grinder jar with kaju and small cardamom and grind little coarse. Mix powdered milk and rice powder
  • 2. The sauspan of the milk and rice powder on gas oven. Stirr continuously otherwise it will become lump.Stirr for 5 minutes on high flame. Reduce heat and mix condensed milk. Mix well and stirr on a medium to low flame. Mix for 5 minutes more. off the flame of the gas oven.Add rose water.
  • 3. Serve in firni katori. Serve chilled for better taste.
