Ingredients For Gajar ka Halwa in Desi Ghee Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First grate the carrots.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom pan and put it over low heat. Pour in the milk in the pan and some cardamom.
  • 3. When the milk turns little hot add in the grated carrot and let it cook over slow heat stirring it occasionally so that it does not get burnt.
  • 4. When the milk is almost lessened in volume pour in the sugar and ghee.
  • 5. Now cook it for some more time until the milk is completely evaporated.
  • 6. At last add in the khoya and roasted dry fruits and mix. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 7. Your delicious Gajar ka Halwa is ready to serve.
