1.
Clean the chicken and cut it into dices. Marinade it with salt, turmeric, vinegar and tasty tales goan gravy for at least 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes add besan and rice flour to chicken and mix well. Heat coal and keep it in a small bowl and place the bowl between the chicken. Drop 1 tsp of ghee on heated coal and cover the chicken for 4-5 minutes.

Heat a pan with 3 tbsp of oil. Place the chicken pieces individually on the pan.

Cook atleast 6-7 minutes on one side. Drop 1-2 tbsp of water and cover the pan for soft tender chicken.
5.
Once the chicken is done squeeze half lemon on it and enjoy your tasty and quick goan Chicken.
