Take the individual cups out of the fridge with the Grapes layer already set,Then Pour vanilla bean mixture into each cup.

Ingredients For Grapes Panna Cotta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Bloom Gelatin
  • 2. Make grapes puree with sugar and water, Mix in the melted gelatin and pour it into the glass.
  • 3. Refrigerate for 3 hours to set.
  • 4. Warm some milk cream and sugar.
  • 5. Add vanilla essence and gelatin and mix well.
  • 6. Pour over the grapes layer and set for 2 hours until set.
  • 7. In a small sauce pan, place milk and sprinkle gelatin on top, give it a quick stir and let mixture sit for 10 minutes, when 10 minutes is up,turn on heat to low, sugar and stir and heat until gelatin completely dissolved.
  • 8. Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla bean paste,place the heavy cream in a large measuring cup with a beaker,pour in the milk/gelatin mixture give it a quick stir.
