Ingredients For Gud /Jaggery ka sharbat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the jaggery in water and let it melt.
  • 2. Adjust the sweetness as per your taste.
  • 3. Soak the basil seeds in 2 tbsp water and set aside.
  • 4. After an hour or so when the jaggery is completely melted strain it.
  • 5. Add lemon juice and adjust the sweet and sour taste.
  • 6. Refrigerate until cool.
  • 7. Before serving add the basil seeds and serve chill.
