1.
Firstly take maida in bowl and added in milk and 1 tspn ghee and make soft dough and covered it and keep aside.

Take a nonstick pan and roasted in mava till get golden colour, keep aside, when it totally cool down than added chopped dryfruits and sugar powder in it n mix well, stuffing is ready.
3.
Take a small portion from dough n roll Puri, put stuffing between n covered it, make gujiya design in corner wall and keep aside..
4.
Heat ghee in frying pan and roasted all gujiya in slow flame till get crispy and golden, ready to eat.
