Ingredients For Gujiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly take maida in bowl and added in milk and 1 tspn ghee and make soft dough and covered it and keep aside.
  • 2. Take a nonstick pan and roasted in mava till get golden colour, keep aside, when it totally cool down than added chopped dryfruits and sugar powder in it n mix well, stuffing is ready.
  • 3. Take a small portion from dough n roll Puri, put stuffing between n covered it, make gujiya design in corner wall and keep aside..
  • 4. Heat ghee in frying pan and roasted all gujiya in slow flame till get crispy and golden, ready to eat.
