Ingredients For HAYAGREEVA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and Soak Bengal gram dhal or chana dhal overnight
  • 2. Pressure cook for 4/5 whistles
  • 3. Drain and collect water
  • 4. Take a pan, add ghee
  • 5. Roast cashews & almonds and take out
  • 6. To the same pan add cooked and mashed dhal
  • 7. Add powdered jaggery and mix well
  • 8. After few minutes, add grated dry coconut and cardamom powder
  • 9. Mix everything well and switch off the stove
  • 10. Finally add some more ghee and roasted nuts
  • 11. Enjoy hot, tasty Hayagreeva
