It is better if you could use fresh , thick & chilled curd and leaves in the recipe. Or else the curd will turn sour and will spoil the taste

Ingredients For Healthy Cucumber Cooler Recipe !!

Methods
  • 1. Firstly wash the cucumber well and peel & cut into cubes and keep aside.
  • 2. Similarly wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves and drain the excess water and keep aside.
  • 3. Then in a mixer & blender jar add the chopped cucumber pieces , ginger , green chilly to a smooth paste.
  • 4. Then add salt and curd to the mixer jar and blend everything again.
  • 5. If you wish add water and bring it to the required consistency.
  • 6. Pour the blended drink into glasses.
  • 7. Garnish with a cucumber slice and top it with roasted jeera powder and enjoy your healthy cucumber cooler with your family.
