  • 1. First of all, dry roast all the dry fruits on low heat. When it cools down, cut it into big pieces. If you prefer to chop them finely or crush them, it is perfectly fine.
  • 2. Chop dates finely. Now heat ghee in a pan and add dates to it and cook it on medium to low heat. Dates become soft in 10 to 12 minutes. You can mash it with the back of a spoon or a potato masher.
  • 3. Now add dry fruits to it and give it a good mix.
  • 4. Date and dry fruit bars is a delicious and healthy sweet which is prepared during winter season. It can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
